Ash has a passion for food. With a background as a chef, Naturopath, farmer and local food activist and part owner of a iconic local cafe, Ash likes to create food which is a beautiful to look at as it is to eat.
She enjoys the use of colour and botanicals in garnishing & creating bold defined flavoured foods.
Ash will be on the cooking stage at Eat the Street demonstrating how to cook Pecan & Potato Croquets, served 2 ways, with Nimbin Valley Dairy smooth cow feta & Spiced Pecan Dukkah with Peace, Love & Vegetables Cashew Cheese & Spiced Pecan Dukkah.
